Job Description

As SocialQ’s Senior Digital Account & Delivery Manager you wear many hats:

You ensure that SocialQ’s servicing meets operational requirements. This includes leading and managing internal and external relationships. You work very closely with the leadership Team to ensure that all campaigns, projects, and deliverables are seamlessly being completed efficiently and according to timeline. You have a baseline and/or proficient knowledge of digital ecosystems – paid media, email, website, SEO, organic social – with a focus on D2C e-commerce funnels. You bring industry expertise and thought leadership, with an ability to assess risks, opportunities, and evaluate resources. You support the Delivery Director / Lead in disseminating information to ensure that all team members have the proper knowledge and are empowered to complete their tasks within a clear framework leading to strong accomplishment. You simultaneously are involved in execution – development of strategies and related briefs, discovery of solutions, and implementation of feedback and edits to finalize deliverables – with a proactive, nimble outlook. As Client & Team’s Keeper: You manage or support in ensuring all deliverables remain faithful to the brief within timeframe and budget. This role consists of managing the media, creative and production aspects while being the bridge between the client and the agency. You are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs and working with all the key functions that go into delivering cutting edge advertising reaching for epic excellence.

  • You are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.
  • Leading new project scoping and team assignments.
  • Partnering with the leadership Team to define and bringing to life SocialQ’s visual identity, positioning, and core values.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and own multiple projects.
  • Define, scope, and develop plans designed to meet brand’s objectives
  • Establish project budgets, schedules, and resource needs
  • Owns financial control of account, both utilization and profitability
  • Agency personnel management and development.
  • Prepares regular reporting/reconciliations.
  • A consulting role in the review and evaluation of quality of all Agency major deliverables.
  • Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
  • Helps recruit and train new team members
  • Keeps founders aware of issues and informed of workflow improvement opportunities
  • Manages client budgets (timely estimate submissions and compliance; prompt revision if required); manages client demands vs. agreed budget.
  • Understands agency strategic tools, participates in internal brand strategy discussions; helps develop scope/tactical plans
  • Proactively manage project knowledge and client materials to ensure various team members’ activities and work are aligned
  • Track project progress and ensure change is effectively controlled and managed
  • Manage multiple priorities, while working under strict deadlines.
  • Support, maintain, and cultivate the client relationship.
  • Helps facilitate a strong, cohesive team that is focused on priorities, knowledgeable about client(s)’ products and services; identifies and assists in resolving conflict; celebrates brand/team success.
  • Daily client contact and follow-up; identifies and understands client’s challenges as well as tactical needs; properly interprets client feedback; keeps management apprised of critical client concerns and opportunities.

  • You have 5 years + of solid, and relevant experience in digital advertising across client services, social media, ecommerce, and paid media
  • You are reliable, genuine with high ethic in any decisions being made
  • You are knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry, especially those related to the agency services
  • You are organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • You are as strategic as operational headed.
  • You flourish when working within a team of different people
  • You are an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • You are persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback
