The Situation.

Partnering with brand experience agency, Sense, SocialQ was brought in to help Lime re-engage lapsed and spontaneous riders in the fall. Lime needed a way to feel present in culture, not interrupt it. Activating lifestyle influencers to man a pedal-powered “More Store” allowed the brand to tap into trusted, local voices who could spark curiosity, drive foot traffic, and turn everyday rides into a social moment worth sharing.

The Solution.

SocialQ approached the activation as an influencer-led distribution strategy, not just a live event. We identified and activated a complementary influencer duo—one to anchor the experience in real time, the other to capture it from a natural, discovery-driven POV—ensuring the moment traveled beyond the street and into social feeds. This structure allowed Lime to show up through trusted voices, increasing cultural credibility while avoiding the feel of traditional brand interruption.

Working within a compressed two-week timeline, we moved from briefing to activation with a clear focus on speed, clarity, and reuse. We developed streamlined creator guidelines, managed rapid contracting, and designed a multi-format content plan that translated physical engagement into scalable social assets. The result was an activation that lived simultaneously in the real world and online, extending reach, relevance, and longevity for the brand.
