Manatee is a mental health company providing digital therapy services to families with young children. They specialize in the connection between kids and their parents / caregivers, helping entire families to build confidence and get results. Their personalized care plans, evaluations, check-ins and weekly goals support modern families in improving their mental health.

The Situation.

After hitting a point of diminishing returns, Manatee was looking for an agency to help them manage their paid media campaigns to scale leads, and ultimately, new clients. As a relatively nascent brand, they needed a partner that would also help consult holistically across their ecosystem, taking into account all touch points and opportunities across their funnel.

The Solution.

The foundation of our work with Manatee has rested on understanding the complexity of their customer’s need states paired with the nuance of their customer’s journey from consult to client. As such, our partnership has focused on bridging the gap between what happens from an ad perspective online with how parents / caregivers experience their therapy services on the ground. Insights from consults and intakes have helped inform copy, creative, keywords, and targeting, honing in on ideal campaign structure and tactics. Overall, we’ve seen a significant decrease in costs and increase in volume relative to spend as we continue to uncover opportunities for scale.
