Suzy connects brands directly with the consumers they’re trying to reach through an all-in-one, easy to use digital quant and qual research platform. Through multiple survey types, facilitated live interviews, automated analyses, and reporting, Suzy is taking the guesswork out of brand innovation, enabling deeper understanding between companies and their target audiences.
Suzy was in search of an agency to concept and design a video supporting the launch of their newest qual research platform – Suzy Live. The video needed to be developed with an eye towards broader strategy goals, including lead acquisition via paid media.

Through deep collaboration, we imbedded ourselves into the reality of the client platform and the end user to understand the true pain points that are being solved by Suzy Live. Through several workshopping sessions, we co-created a video script that takes the user on a journey from real life context and the need for a digital solution for qual research through to key platform functionality, and lastly, end use cases.
