The Sculpt Society

The Sculpt Society, led by Megan Roup, is the premier Sculpt + Dance Cardio fitness app designed for simple and enjoyable at-home workouts that engage the entire body. Megan’s fitness journey as a professional dancer inspired her to create this unique method, offering fun and accessible programs that prioritize both physical and mental well-being. The community she has built celebrates inclusivity, encouraging individuals to embrace their inner strength through engaging and empowering workouts.

Facing diminishing returns across performance marketing efforts to drive subscription, The Sculpt Society was looking for an agency partner to test, learn, and uncover opportunities to scale across creative and media tactics.

With a strong offering, platform, and brand in place, our focus with The Sculpt Society was two fold. First and foremost, testing channels, tactics, targeting, and optimizations to establish a scalable funnel that would reduce cost and maximize spend. Second, building out a creative framework for testing different ways in to joining the community, fueling insights for future creative production. Through a measured approach over the course of a year and half, we built a well functioning machine – a strong media campaign structure and creative strategy that saw us increase monthly spend by 4x and subscription volume by 5x.
