Megan’s fitness journey as a professional dancer inspired her to create this unique method, offering fun and accessible programs that prioritize both physical and mental well-being. The Solution.

With a strong offering, platform, and brand in place, our focus with The Sculpt Society was two fold. First and foremost, testing channels, tactics, targeting, and optimizations to establish a scalable funnel that would reduce cost and maximize spend. Second, building out a creative framework for testing different ways in to joining the community, fueling insights for future creative production. Through a measured approach over the course of a year and half, we built a well functioning machine – a strong media campaign structure and creative strategy that saw us increase monthly spend by 4x and subscription volume by 5x.
